Frugal living tips: 5 things I'm no longer buying in this year! Want to save but have no idea what you can stop buying? The current  pandemic has really been an eye-opener on how incredibly important it is to save for an unexpected emergency.  Most of the time we take things for granted like assuming that we will always be employed, and receiving a monthly income. But the truth is, that is definitely not the case. Life situations can change overnight, I am sure you have noticed that during this pandemic thousands of people lost their livelihood's.  The sad reality is that, most people didn't plan for this nor did they have the savings to fall back on. This is why frugal living is so important it allows people to save, it doesn't matter what your income bracket is everyone can do it. Having a back up plan is always important, having emergency savings to use incase you loose your job. When I look back I feel fortunate enough to know that my family is protected financially...

I am a frugal living teacher who has  always been passionate about saving and I  have been living a pretty frugal life for a long time allowing me to save over 80% of my take home pay. Yes I said 80%. I also purchased my first property cash at the age of 26.

I am able to live a comfortable life without having to stress about my finances having the peace of mind that if there is an unexpected situation I am going to be just fine.

I have been saving and following these tips for many years and I am very happy to share my ideas with you too allow you to be in the same financial position.

I am a Professional with a Honors degree in Science. I have attended many financial courses including the  Property development and  investment course from the University of Cape Town in South Africa .I was amongst the top achievers in the class. The knowledge I have gained over the years will be of great use to you.
